How does Caide help create a culture of recognition?
Caide makes it easy for teams to publically and privately recognize their peers. For managers, we help them quickly see when each employee was last recognized and we provide reminders to recognize employees throughout the year.
How does Caide notify employees of Kudos that they receive?
In addition to the email notification, kudos will also appear in the employee's notification list within Caide. Their manager will recieve this notification as well so they can join in on the celebration with their team. For teams that sync their office communicaiton tool, such as Slack, public recognition can also be synced to a shared channel.
